ECC Home Visit Survey
We are excited to share that we will be visiting you and your child at home on August 7–8, 2025. Research shows that home visits are a wonderful way to build meaningful connections with families in a familiar and comfortable setting.

The purpose of the visit is not to hold a formal parent-teacher conference, but rather to meet your child in their own environment—where they can proudly share their room, favorite toys, and books. Meeting before the school year begins helps your child become familiar with their teacher and start the year with greater confidence and ease. We know they’ll be thrilled to welcome their teacher into their own space.

To help us plan effectively, please take a moment to complete this short survey. Kindly note that participation in the Home Visit is optional. For scheduling purposes, visits will be arranged based on geographic location.

We sincerely appreciate your support and flexibility as we prepare to meet each ECC student.

Elementary Awards Day
We are excited to announce that Elementary Awards Day will take place on Thursday, June 5 in the 4th Floor Auditorium. All students in Grades 1–4 will be recognized and celebrated for their achievements, including Student of the Month, Accelerated Reader (AR), the Art Competition, Academic Achievement, and more. Parents are warmly invited to attend.

The times for each grade are as follow:
• Grade 1-2: 8:15-9:15
• Grade 3-4: 9:30-10:30

The 5th Graders will receive their awards during graduation on Wednesday, June 11. More information about graduation will be shared soon.

**High School Graduation **
This year’s High School Graduation will be held in the theater at 10:00 on Thursday, June 12. Families and friends of the seniors are invited to attend. After the ceremony, refreshments will be provided in the 1st floor café area. Please join us in congratulating our seniors as they embark on a new journey.

High School Prom
The high school Student Council will hold a prom event on Wednesday, June 11 from 18:00-20:00. The event will take place at the Indigo Yantai Golden Coast Hotel in an event room. Activities will include dinner, activities, a raffle and a dance. A 200 RMB registration fee will be charged to attending students, and students will be expected to provide their own transportation to and from the event. High school students can register through communication from Student Council. We look forward to this event as a celebration of a successful school year and a farewell to our leaving students.
