**Last Day of School **
Thursday, June 12, is the last day of the school year, and it will be a half day. School buses for ECC/elementary and secondary students will depart at 11:45 am and 12:05 pm, respectively.

2025-2026 Year at a Glance
Key dates and holidays for the 2025-2026 school year are available. The school year begins on Monday, August 11. Printed school calendars will be distributed to all students on the first day of school.

**Official Documents for Leaving Students **
Official documents for leaving students will be ready for pick-up from 1:00 to 2:00 pm on Thursday, June 12, in Room 107. Please complete the leaving check-out form, indicating that your child has returned all books and cleared all outstanding accounts.

**Yearbook Distribution **
Each student will receive a hard copy of the yearbook next week.

**Spring MAP Growth Test Report **
Parents of students who took Spring MAP testing can access their child’s MAP report through PowerSchool. Once you log into PowerSchool, click the “Applications” icon in the top right corner and then click “DocBox” on the list.

Secondary Schedule Adjustments
As we approach the end of the school year, please note the following schedule adjustments for Middle School and High School students:

Monday
• HS: Half day (dismissal at 12:00 pm)
• MS: Full day (regular schedule)

Tuesday
• All secondary students will be dismissed at 2:30 pm following the Grade 12 performance.
• Grade 12 students and band members will remain afterward for graduation rehearsal.

Wednesday & Thursday
• All secondary students will be dismissed at 12:00 pm.
