PTO Christmas Market
The annual PTO Christmas Market is scheduled for Saturday, December 13, from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm. The event is a festive gathering where community members come together to spread the warmth and joy of Christmas. Our PTO is planning the event for the whole school community.

Staff, students, and families are invited to set up a booth—whether selling crafts, hosting games, or offering items at a flea market or food/drink stand—for a fee of 70 RMB. Booth registrants will receive a festive Christmas-themed apron, tablecloth, and hair clip to enjoy during the event. Participate in the best booth competition for a chance to win prizes for the top three booths! Register for a booth by Friday, December 5 by completing the market registration form. Booth fees will be collected at the market, and booth locations, which will be assigned randomly, can be checked in the lobby on the day of the event. All profits will go to each booth owner, who may also choose to donate a portion to Yangfan Student Welfare Development Center, a school-adopted charity. The PTO will donate a significant portion of the profits to the center.

Christmas Decoration
Christmas is just around the corner, and we’re excited to continue our cherished school tradition of decorating the campus for Christmas. We would like to invite parents to help add festive Christmas cheer to the 1st-floor lobby, 2nd-floor library, and 3rd-floor Collaboration Space. If you’d like to volunteer and help spread the holiday spirit on Thursday, November 27, from 8:30 to 12:00, please complete the survey to sign up. Let’s make this season a joyful celebration together!

School Uniform Demand Survey
We understand that some parents have been unable to purchase certain school uniforms and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences this has caused. To resolve this issue, the school has transitioned from our previous supplier, who required large bulk orders, to a new local supplier who can accommodate smaller order quantities.

To better plan for the upcoming semester, we will conduct a uniform demand survey to determine how many pieces our current students will need next semester. Please note that this survey is for planning purposes only and is not an order form. Completing it does not commit you to purchasing any uniforms. This survey will help the school order sufficient quantities in each size.

With the new supplier and a demand survey conducted each semester, we will be better able to meet students’ needs.

Elementary Chinese Singing Contest Final
The Chinese Department will host the inaugural Chinese Singing Finals on Wednesday, November 26. The event will take place on the 4th floor from 1:00 to 2:30 pm. Parents are warmly welcome to join us and support their children.
