Updated Payment QR Codes
The school has updated its official payment QR codes for school-related payments.

The new QR codes will become active starting this Friday. Please note that the previous QR codes will no longer be valid from Friday onward. To avoid any payment issues or delays, families are kindly asked to use only the updated QR codes for all future transactions.

PTO Appreciation Brunch
From supporting various classroom activities to organizing school events and decorating the school, our parents have played a vital role in building this vibrant learning community. This year’s YHIS Parent Appreciation Brunch will be on Friday, June 5, from 8:30 to 10:30 at the Marriott Hotel. We have a series of activities planned, including thank-you speeches, recognition of PTO leadership members, and a token of appreciation for our parents. The brunch will be sponsored by the school. The school would like to invite all YHIS parents to join us for a time of celebrating the school year together. To help us better prepare for this event, please sign up for the brunch. Mark your calendar, and we hope to see you there.

Invoice for 2026–2027 School Year Tuition & Fees
We understand that families may have different requirements for invoices. To help streamline the process, please complete this survey if you require an invoice. The Finance Office will issue invoices within 2–3 working days of receiving a completed survey, during normal office operations. Surveys submitted during the summer holiday period will be processed in early August. The survey link will remain available until August 10.

Applying for or Extending Residence Permit
The school provides assistance in applying for or extending residence permits for students over 18 and for a parent whose spouse has returned to their home country. If one of your family membersfalls into one of these two categories and their residence permit is set to expire before September 30,2026, please inform the school by completing this survey by May 22, 2026. We will followup with those who complete the survey to start the application process.

Dress Down Fridays for the Remainder of the School Year
As we approach the end of the school year, we will be relaxing the dress code for all students and staff on the remaining Fridays of the school year. Every remaining Friday will be a dress-down day.

Please note that students are still expected to adhere to the school’s general dress code for appropriate attire. Thank you for your support.

ECC & Elementary Concert
The ECC and Elementary students will be sharing their musical talents with our school community on Friday, June 4, at 2:00-3:20 pm at the theater. They have been preparing songs in their music classes and are excited to share with parents, teachers, and classmates.

Practice Rehearsal: We will hold a practice rehearsal for Elementary students after school on Monday, June 1. All Elementary students will go to the bus at 4:25 pm that day. ECC students will go home at their normal time.

Concert Clothes: All ECC and Elementary students should wear special clothes on June 4 for the concert. Each student can choose what color to wear. In addition, they may wear navy blue or khaki pants/skirts. You can see examples here.

Please avoid large pictures and logos on the clothes. Students may wear the clothes that morning, or bring clothes to change.

Parents are warmly invited to attend our ECC & Elementary Spring Concert! Please arrive at the theater by 1:50 pm to find a seat. Your attendance is the greatest encouragement for your child.
