YHIS International Day

On Saturday, October 12, Yantai Huasheng International School (YHIS) hosted its annual International Day, a joyous celebration of the diversity within our school community. This event offered students a unique and engaging opportunity to explore and appreciate different countries and cultures from around the world. 

The day kicked off at 10:00 am with a flag parade. Student representatives, proudly carrying the flags of their home countries, classes, and advisory groups, marched through the campus. Leading the way, our marching band set the tone, creating an atmosphere of excitement and unity. 

From the lively food and game booths organized by secondary advisory groups in the courtyard, to the engaging learning activities for ECC and elementary students in the classrooms, and the vibrant outdoor performances by students, every corner of the courtyard buzzed with excitement. The PTO booths added to the festive atmosphere. 

Thanks to the hard work and dedication of our students, staff, and parents, International Day was a big success, leaving everyone with wonderful memories of this colorful community-centered event.
